- We retain patient medical records for 10 years after the date of the last treatment, in compliance with Kansas state regulations (Kan. Stat. Ann. § 65-28,128). Records for minors are retained until the patient reaches 21 years of age, or 10 years after the last treatment, whichever is longer.
